We are looking for people to help in many aspects of this event!

Here’s where we need help!

10 person food team able to feed a meal Friday night, 3 meals on Saturday and 2 meals on Sunday…to 100+ hungry people. We will also be looking for donations to the food side of this.


Set Up and Staging Crew: 10 person team that can assist in the weeks prior, during and after the event to make sure that the stages, targets and spectator areas are set up correctly for the event. Side by sides help a lot with this aspect and the shuttling of spectators.


Logistics crew: 10 person crew that can shuttle competitors to and from the airports in the area, transport teams from each stage to the next and shuttle spectators in and around the stages. Personal trucks, buses or vans would work best.


Hospitality Crew: 4 people to ensure that teams are signed in, have what they need and have signed all documents prior to competing.


Range Safety Crew/ Judges: Judges must be sniper qualified. Range safety officers can also be set up and staging crew members. Each stage will need a range safety officer along with a minimum of two judges. There will be a minimum of 10 stages.

Donations:

We are looking for a shirt maker to donate 100+ shirts for the competitors
We will sell a variant of the shirt to the public that we can buy.
We need meat and sides donated for pretty much every meal
Booze for two nights
Water for 3 days
ATV/SXS usage.
