If you are coming as a spectator, take a look at the day’s location, and just show up whenever works for you! We will shuttle you to the spectator areas. Any questions, please call Tonya (712) 577-6013.

Thursday 10/5/2023 - (all day)
Final range set up/ timers

Friday 10/6/2023 – (all day)
Checking in teams and guests
0800 - 1645 – final zero, gear set up for teams
1700 – Supper is served (until 1900) 
1800 - Sniper team meeting
1900 - Guest speaker: William Branum (decorated Navy SEAL veteran who severed in the U.S. military for 26 years).

*Please come whenever on Thursday or Friday to help set up!
Things to bring on those days – coolers filled with ice!

Saturday 10/7/2023 –
0530 – breakfast is served until 0630
0530 – volunteers arrive at Rev-Tac (earlier if possible)
0630 – transport teams to Verzani Farms
0700 – Ruck starts
0900 – 1400 Stages 1-4
1200 – 1400 Lunch at Verzani Farms
1300 – 1800 Stages 5-7
1800 – supper/ bonfire at Verzani Farms
1830 - ?? Transport snipers back to Rev-Tac to sleep for the night. But feel free to stay at the bonfire as long as you’d like!

**times for stages do overlap – we are going to be pushing teams through as they complete stages/ transporting spectators

We will have Iron Buffalo bartending service at Verzani Farms from 1700 - 2100

Sunday 10/8/2023 -
0630 – volunteers arrive at Rev-Tac
0700 – breakfast at Rev-Tac )
0800 – 1000 Stages 8-9 at Rev-Tac
1030 – transport teams to Verzani Farms
1100 – Stage 10 at Verzani Farms
1200 – Lunch at Verzani Farms
1300 – Award Ceremony at Verzani Farms
