RTTI Weekly Training Schedule:

Tuesday Nights: BJJ Fundamentals- Beginner to intermediate level. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a gi; with the emphasis on virtuosity- ‘implementing the basics at a high level’. Focusing on all aspects; from keeping distance, utilizing takedowns, defending chokes to forming your own foundation of skills by implementing submissions in any environment.

Tuesday 6:00PM - 7:00PM Adult Gi BJJ

 Wednesday Nights: Beginner to intermediate level. Shedding the gi and embracing a higher tempo of jiu jitsu. Increase your arsenal of techniques by incorporating elements of freestyle wrestling whilst adding variety to your training.
