With our kids home from college it's time to round up the family and get some self defense training in!

Our own daughter will be home and at this training also...because we don't just say it's important...we know it is!

What to expect?

We dive into pre-threat indicators and profiling unavoidable human behaviors so that we can skip the attack in the first place if possible. The classroom portion is about an hour as we break down some caught on camera incidents that drive points home about the importance of situational awareness.

From there we do a quick stretch and get on the mats! You can know literally NOTHING about "fighting" as we break down the most common forms of control during an attack. We introduce you to ways to counter those attacks and let you put in as many or as few reps as you want!

This class is for all ages and men as well as women! Kids will have a blast and parents will walk away with a few more tools in their tactical toolbox!

Course cost:

Normally this course is $75/person but we are doing a Christmas special for $50!

What to bring:

We normally have snacks, coffee, water and gatorades but you can sure bring your own if you want!

Note taking material is always great if you like to learn that way!

Bring clothes you can stretch out in!
