We don’t want to overwhelm you with a thousand “ninja moves” to try to remember during the worst day of your life. We keep it super simple, focusing on tactics that will help you avoid, escape the fight, or get to your _________(gun, pepper spray, taser, knife). This entry-level training will give you a fantastic foundation to build from!

Oh! And we dispel current myths about car keys and wasp spray!

What to expect:

We start with a group discussion about awareness and avoidance...while we back up this talk with actual video of personal defense encounters.

Then we go to the mats! We want you to work at your pace, within your abilities. This is a great time to become aware of our limitations and create plans to work through those. This experience will build confidence! Our instructors are made up of two boys and one girl...and she is tough and knowledgeable!

Cost: $75/person OR included in range membership (ask for details!)

What to bring: Comfy clothes to ninja in. Water, and a snack if you want it!

Who can attend? All ages of gals are welcome to come! Show up alone or bring a pal to karate chop with! Either way, you’ll have a blast and make some new friends!
