connor duffy

Connor started Martial Arts at six years old, earning his black belt in Shotokan Karate whilst winning several national titles in Kumite. At age 11, Connor discovered MMA, piquing his interest in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Connor began training at this early age, eventually earning his blue belt. At this stage he then joined Checkmat, where he competed on an international stage consistently in both BJJ and MMA. After earning his black belt under Steve O’Keeffe in 2021, Connor joined the British Army as an Officer in the Irish Guards. Connor now competes for the Army BJJ team, recently winning two silver medals in the IBJJF Lisbon international open. Connor has a passion for teaching; combining his knowledge of tactics and fundamentals to instill a thorough understanding of Jiu Jitsu in all of his students. 

Tanner mackey

Tanner has 25 years of combined wrestling and grappling experience. 9 years serving Sioux City East High School as an Assistant Wrestling Coach. Submission grappling and BJJ practitioner of 16 years, holding the current rank of 4 stripe Purple belt.  Undefeated amateur combat sports record with competitive experience in both mixed martial arts and USA boxing sanctioned events. 

 

Mike donahoo

Mike started TaeKwonDo at 14 and has 30 years of martial arts experience in TaeKwonDo with some Judo and boxing/kickboxing mixed in with edged weapons training. Competed and coached, from the local level to overseas international tournaments. Silver at the Collegiate PanAms at Berkeley, California. Silver at 1st World YongMuDo Games at YongIn, Korea. 20 years at White Tiger serving as the head instructor, national team coach, and school manager. Strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for 18 years. Mike currently works as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
